Tudo começa com um Diálogo

The project Tudo começa com um diálogo (in English, Everything Starts with Dialogue) marked the beginning of a new brand positioning for Diálogo Engenharia. The challenge was to evolve the brand without breaking from its trajectory, translating long-established values into a more human, contemporary, and approachable narrative.
From the outset, the repositioning was conceived to go beyond traditional communication and take form as a real experience. My role focused on shaping the concept, developing the narrative, and creating an experience capable of making the positioning tangible.
Dialogue, the brand’s core essence, became the starting point for decision-making, planning, and collective construction. From this premise, an experience was designed to put these values into practice rather than simply communicate them.
Bernardinho’s participation was conceived as a structural element of the project, not as a simple brand endorsement. His role was symbolic and pedagogical. Sport served as a territory to translate, in practice, themes such as active listening, strategy, leadership, and collaboration.
Twelve participants were invited to a sports training session without prior briefing. On the court, they faced real situations involving decision-making, teamwork, and collective construction, creating a direct connection between sport, work, and organizational culture.
My involvement extended to the design of the experience, the development of the script, and the leadership of the entire production process, ensuring a consistent delivery through the alignment of partners, execution, and the central concept.
The result was an authentically activated repositioning, where the concept moved beyond messaging and began to guide behavior, perception, and culture. Dialogue ceased to be a discourse and became a practice.
