Everything startswith Dialogue
A positioning that was experienced, not just communicated.
The context
Diálogo Engenharia had reached a moment of evolution. The brand had a solid trajectory and long-held values, but it needed a more human, contemporary and approachable narrative, without breaking from the history that brought it there.
The risk was the usual one with repositionings: becoming just a new tagline, a new speech. From the start, the decision was different. The new positioning had to be lived before it was communicated.
The idea
The company’s own name pointed the way. Dialogue, the brand’s essence, became the starting point for decisions, planning and collective building. Instead of explaining those values, we created a real situation in which they would be put to the test.
Bernardinho was conceived as a structural part of the concept, not as a spokesperson. His role was symbolic and pedagogical: sport became the ground on which active listening, strategy, leadership and collaboration were translated into practice.
Twelve participants were invited to a training session with no prior briefing. On the court, they faced real situations of decision-making, teamwork and collective building, and the link between sport, work and organizational culture emerged without needing to be explained.

How the project was built
Concept
Turning “Everything starts with dialogue” from a phrase into an experience, defining what had to be lived for the positioning to make sense.
Experience
Designing the surprise training and Bernardinho’s role as a mediator, so the brand’s values would emerge from the dynamics on the court itself.
Script
Structuring the situations of decision, listening and collaboration that would give rhythm to the experience and to the content created from it.
Executive production
Leading the entire production process, aligning partners, crew and execution with the core concept from start to finish.
Beyond the delivery
A positioning that was lived
The brand’s values were experienced before they were communicated, which gave truth to everything that came after.
Dialogue as practice
The concept stopped being a message and began to guide behavior, perception and culture within the company.
A more human brand
The brand’s trajectory was preserved, now with a closer, more contemporary and approachable voice.
Dialogue ceased to be a discourse and became a practice.
